I argue that incorporating ChatGPT into the interview presents a greater alternative to assess how a candidate approaches problems than a conventional coding train. One WeChat poster compared the Chinese bot’s demoed capabilities to these of ChatGPT and located it higher at dealing with Chinese idioms and extra accurate in some situations.
