Mollie was the mascot of Jetstream Junction. The park was home to a spinning ride known as Rooftop races as well as Mollie's Landing Pad. Mollie was best acquainted with another mascot at the park, Rambley the Raccoon. She was described as a fun-loving and adventurous parrot who was known to construct her own planes, however, she would sometimes crash them. It is possible that her violent behavior is the result of being neglected and abused by the park's staff, as suggested by some of her vocal lines when she chases or stalks a player.

Mollie is the mascot of the Jetstream Junction, which includes the plane ride Rooftop Races, as well as a play structure that is Mollie's landing pad. Mollie is also the mascot of the Rooftop Races attraction in the original game trailer.
When the player is able to solve an obstacle in the first part of the Landing Pad, Mollie stalks the players. She can be seen in tunnels, crawling behind net walls, and watching from the corners. Mollie eventually chases the player to a vent where Rambley informs them that the room is Staff Only, but when the player is able to see Mollie running after them, they go through it. The door closes behind them as Mollie dives towards the player, and she is able to decapitate her.
In the later stages of the game in the game, when the train's engine fails and the player is sent to fix it, they encounter an exhausted Mollie sitting against a wall, her eyes flickering and her voice jangling. She's no longer the jolly Mollie that was a regular visitor to the park. Instead, she speaks in a mumble that is incomprehensible and has bloodstains all over her body. She has a resemblance to Unique Geese's fanmade Garten of Banban remake, Reincarnated. The model she was beta testing was also featured in the initial teaser trailer.

Mollie is one of the mascots that are featured in Indigo Park's teaser trailer for the first time in which she is seen looking at the player, with glowing eyes and a smile on her face. In the trailer, she is also referred to as "the best pilot you'll ever witness" and "the most skilled pilot who is always in the crash." Some have speculated that Mollie might be gay. However, UniqueGeese has denied this on live stream. The parrot with the aviator tail can be seen stalking the player on numerous occasions throughout the trailer, most notably at her part of Jetstream Junction which contains a spinning plane ride dubbed Rooftop Races as well as Mollie's Landing Pad.
Mollie is a yellow and blue macaw sporting dark gray wings and feet, a brown vest and shorts, an extensive white scarf and a brown aviator's hat. Mollie is generally a cheerful and fearless character however, when she's trying to chase down a player, she becomes violent and erratic.
