The institution you attended will submit it to database. It takes 14 days to process the card.

If you do not renew your license before the expiry date, you won't be able to drive professionally for more than 12 hours per week. Exams

To obtain the code 95 indication on your license, you must pass both theoretic and practical tests. These exams can either be taken separately, or as part of the acquisition of a basic category licence at a driving school. On successful completion of the exam, you will receive a certificate as well as a code 95 card. The card is valid only for five years and has to be renewed by the expiration date.

You will receive a certificate from your teacher as well as the CBR after you have completed the course. The CBR will inform the RDW that you have completed your training.
