Best Robot Vacuum and Mop ComboThe Q Revo is a good choice if you're looking for an affordable
commercial robot vacuum vacuum and mop. It's got a fantastic mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the features found in its more expensive counterpart.
During testing it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It does not use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do to locate your home.
iRobot Roomba s9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and numerous features that include the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. The robot also learns your cleaning habits and suggest schedules that are automatic for a truly hands-free experience.
The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is set up it can begin automated cleaning with a single button. You can choose a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like cereal and rice. Or you can choose two mappings to ensure that your home is cleaned thoroughly.
This robot vacuum is effective on both floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as other models do, and it can even remove pet hair without difficulty. It's not able to work with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.
The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that concentrates on improving edge and
Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo corner cleaning. It's the very first Roomba that adopts a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes that this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's a step up from the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are standard, but we found it to be just marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating within your home. We think this is a nice statement but not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system employs sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, and create virtual boundaries, so it knows to avoid areas that need extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those on higher-end models and its mopping system is superior, as its spinning pads do a much better job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibrating pad.
The only drawback is the lack of a second brush for deeper cleaning. But that's not a problem for those who want to own one of the top robots on the market. The robo-vac's dust tank larger than many of its rivals, and it takes just two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the maximum dirt level.
For the mopping device, I was awestruck by its ability to remove tough dirt from my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered ones, create low noise, which means you can work or even watch TV without being distracted. If it comes across an object, such as a wall or furniture piece it gently bumps into it and moves along.
What really makes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly autonomously with very little need for user intervention. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that automatically transfers physical trash into the bin hidden in the background, as well as washes and dry mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is capable of notifying you when something requires attention, for example, the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a full dust bin.
You can also combine or create rooms to personalize the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the top performers in my test, picking up debris on carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can also clean up spills that are wet however I would recommend wiping them dry with a cloth before sending the robot into.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a high-end robot vacuum and mop combo and more. It has the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it has a sleeker, more modern design thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (
best robotic mop and vacuum known for Bang & Olufsen products). Although it's still quite large--it's more than two feet high and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the entire robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it has faster battery charging and can handle a full cleaning of approximately 1,500 square feet with just one charge. And it has a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris, making it easier to empty when needed.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that is functional even when you're at home. It also has additional mopping modes as well as an intelligent routing feature that allows you to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of simply following a predetermined path.
The X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested because of its rotating mop pads that remove tough stains and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent as well, and it boosts suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does an excellent job. It comes with a huge, rechargeable battery that lasts up to one week. The mopping feature of the robot is also powerful.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of convenience features you do not often find on robots of this price range. It can build detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types and is among the few to automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are nice to have however, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the luxury category which could make it a little more expensive than what some homeowners need.
Designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device that has an elegant white finish highlighted by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the vacuum cleaner and furniture while moving around your home. In the pane in the front is a second navigation technology with sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that acts as an on/off switch. This button will activate the vacuum. If you click it again, it will turn it off and transmit it back to its base station. The center of the control panel includes the circular menu which lets you choose cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons open the settings of the app which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map out your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop efficiently without getting stuck in cluttered areas. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum to avoid obstacles and recognize them as obstacles, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or children.

The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4% debris from our test on hardwood floors and removing all but stubborn juice stains. The mops also work well, removing 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, carpet, and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as effective in removing sand from the floor or quaker oats on the carpet.
