Most
robot cleaner with mop vacuum-mop combos can be customized using an application that allows you to save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and choose mopping modes. They also let you change suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.
A mapping feature aids your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance function prevents it from running into wires, furniture or other pet toys. These features are crucial in my house filled with toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It's able to both sweep and mop in one session, and it can even lift its mop pads and brushes to prevent soft surfaces from getting too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by spotting pets, plants, and other small objects.
The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other robot vac we've tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on a surface.
Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system which lifts the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be washed and then dried with the dock, and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it to forget about it. You will only need to replenish the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it began to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tried.
It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only drawback is that it's costly. But its abundance of features makes it a very tempting choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuum and mop. If you can justify the price we recommend you check this one out.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The high price is justified by the powerful features, including a large vacuuming capability, as well as two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with an app-enabled smart controller as well as powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combinations out there with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well throughout the entire home. It removed 98.4% debris on any type of floor and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement as well as a strong dose cleaning solution.
The docking station is the real selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for the mopping function and even dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and allows you to schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.
The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to note that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced regularly too.
With the L10S Ultra's pricey pricing and its extensive features I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a tighter budget, I suggest considering an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can purchase, its high purchase cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a want rather than a requirement.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
Eufy S1 Pro is the
robot vacuum and mop that you require to get rid of messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery that can be used for mopping and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacles-avoiding. It even has an automatic mop that cleans itself as it goes and makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean to wash off the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is continuously supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. While it spins the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. It must be filled with clean water, however this is a simple task within the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your choice of cleaning products.
The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room and it was able to navigate through furniture. It sat on carpets with longer piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers many functions at a affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level vacuum and mop but it does have several impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.
The software that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides a variety of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean the entire area that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.
Like all Roborock models we've evaluated, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, however it's not as sophisticated as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.
This device has a major problem: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each session. You can make use of the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum keep its cleanness a bit higher than its competitors with lower prices.
