Robots That Vacuum and MopRobots that
autonomous vacuum and mop offer the convenience of cleaning both dry debris (dust dirt) and wet messes (spills and staining) in one session without the need to change devices. They can also save storage space compared to having two separate units, especially in smaller living spaces.
A good combination bot will offer excellent navigation and obstacle avoidance. Look for models that automatically empty their bin, refill their water tank, and machine-wash their mopping pads from an appropriate dock.
1. Eufy S1 Pro

It's among the easiest robots to install that we've tested. Unpacking the S1 Pro is simple, and an easy-to-follow guide will have you up and running with a clean, full dust bag, floor solution for hard floors and water tank in no time at all.
The S1 Pro is an incredibly powerful machine that can vacuum and mop well. The mops spin at high speeds and exert 2.2 pounds (1kg) of force, which makes short work of pet hair, dirt and dried sticky spills. The vacuum cleaner has four power settings, a variety of attachments and brushes and an intuitive app which lets you choose the kind of cleaning you want for each room.
For instance, you can opt for the robot to clean up the living and kitchen areas but go easy on the spare bedroom. The S1 Pro has excellent front collision sensors and smart navigation technology. It can detect small obstacles that other models cannot. Its only drawback is that it tends to crash into walls and objects at full speed. However, a quick glance at the cleaning history in the app tells you exactly what it's doing and where it's headed, and which obstacles it's avoided.
The docking station comes with a handy LCD screen that shows the time when maintenance is required, such as emptying debris and cleaning the dirty water tank. It also mixes detergent into the tank by itself, using a 600ml eufy solution.
Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop come with plenty of running time and the mop is capable of operating for an 184-minute runtime in Quiet mode, while the
best automatic vacuum cleaner is capable of running for 136 minutes in standard mode before having to recharge or return to the base to refill. The app is simple to use and intuitive that lets you view every aspect of the cleaning.
2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the latest version of Roborock's flagship robot
best automatic vacuum cleaner and mop is the newest version. The model this year has a double agitator built into its mopping pad. This enhances the carpet cleaning capabilities of this model. The S8 Pro Ultra has an improved suction power that allows it to pick up smaller hairs as well as other debris other robotic cleaners might miss.
This Roborock model, just like the other two models I tested, has infrared and reactive 3D obstacle avoidance technology that helps it get around obstacles like walls, furniture and other obstacles. However, the S8 Pro Ultra takes things an extra step by adding a dual camera which can detect objects and determine whether they're a wall or another type of surface. It is able to change its path automatically and clean around them without missing a step.
It's the most expensive of the three models I've reviewed but it's also the most packed with features. Its sleek and angular design is striking and only has three buttons that are physically accessible. The power button, which also restarts the cleaning, a mop button that doubles as a child lock and a home-button that can send the robot to its dock. Lifting the hinged lid reveals 350ml of dust bin and 200ml water tank. The water tank self-empties and the bin is auto-filling.
The only issue I encountered to this model was that the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't removable. Although you can change the mopping cloth (if it's required), it's a pain to remove the mount for manual washing. I've observed that any carpet that the robot touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause abrasions.
The S8 Pro Ultra has a variety of smart features, including support for Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Siri. The Roborock app allows you to manage and configure these advanced features. It also has maps and advanced mopping options. The app also allows you to schedule cleanings, track the battery life and maintain your components. However, you'll need to jump through a few hoops in order to enable voice control with this model which is unfortunate considering the quality of its performance.
3. Dreame X40
The Dreame X40 is an industry-leading
robot vacuum with mop vacuum and mop equipped with incredible suction power, sophisticated mowing capabilities, and innovative features. Its innovative design lets users to tailor and effectively clean while saving time.
The X40 robot vacuum cleaner is the first one to provide 12,000 Pascals cleaning power. It is among the most powerful options available. This powerful vacuum removes dry mess, including pet hair and dust. It comes with a mop that is top quality that cleans hard floors without the use of a pad. In addition, the X40 is quiet in it's operation, producing only occasional bursts of noise when switching modes or performing self-maintenance tasks.
The X40 also comes with a side brush that is able to be extended and lifted. This allows it to reach into corners that are hard to reach and clean curved furniture like chairs and table legs. The
robot vacuum reviews is also able to reach under furniture that is low-profile, making it an excellent option for apartments with small spaces or condos. The side brush tilts automatically down when it spots wet spots. This is a great feature that helps the X40 to avoid damaging floors by excessive back-and forth movements.
In contrast to other robots that are limited to a single task, the X40 can vacuum and mop at the same time. It can be programmed to mop only the hard floors, and skip carpeted areas, or reverse the process. It can be controlled using the Dreame App or Alexa, Siri, or Google Home to ensure smooth voice-controlled operations.
The app is simple to use and intuitive and the X40 is equipped with many clever features that are easy to configure. Users can program the X40 to clean at specific times, adjust suction power and mode, view floor plans and maps, and manage mopping settings. The X40 will also track its progress and notify you when it is finished.
The X40 is easy to maintain and comes with many convenient features that make it a great option for busy families. The docking station automatically cleans the dustbin and mop pads before refilling them with cleaning solution and fresh water. It can also detect when the mop pad is full and alert you before it overflows, reducing the need for manual maintenance.
4. L20 Ultra
The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models on the market. It has many characteristics that make it stand out. Smart DuoScrub, a new feature in its mop heads, makes use of two high-speed mop heads to scrub floors more thoroughly. It also has a maximum suction force of 7,000Pa. This is significantly higher than the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra or Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni and can remove pet hair and small dirt particles in addition to removing spills and wet spots.
Its mops are also cleaned and dried inside the base station after every use. This is a great feature as it keeps mould and unpleasant odours from building up in the storage. It also makes the mop system more efficient. This is an option we haven't seen on other robot vacuum and mop models. It could be a great method to keep your home cleaner longer.
There are many options, including the ability to schedule cleaning times and adjust preferences. The app lets you define these preferences, or you can make use of the buttons on the device itself. The app is easy to use and offers a variety of options for customising your cleaning routine. It also offers many features that aren't available on other robots, like the Clean Genius Mode, which automatically increases suction whenever it detects dust particles.
The L20 Ultra is also one of the most fashionable robots we've seen in the market, with metallic and white colors that is elegant and stylish. It's a bit heavier at 4kg than some of the other robots listed on this list but it's not a lot of weight. It feels solid and well-built. The mopping is also well-designed and the double-rotating mops work well on hard floors as well as in corners. The MopExtend feature allows them to extend up to 2mm below the baseboards.
