However, they do have some flaws that prevent them from being our top pick. One of the weaknesses of the Q5 is its navigation system doesn't feature AI-powered obstacles avoidance. It's also prone to become stuck on shoes and socks, and it couldn't navigate densely packed rooms very efficiently during our tests. Also, it doesn't have cameras that let it see the corners of the room.

However, it's a good choice, especially if you want to save money on an iRobot Roomba and you have a mostly bare-floor home or office. It's also extremely quiet and can be used while you are at work or school. It lacks the edge-to-edge bare floor vacuuming that is available in the more expensive iRobot Roomba X30.
