Subjectively, I noticed that the GP500 was extremely accurate in grayscale OOTB. I measured a DeltaE value of just 2.3 which is lower than the amount visible to the eye. This is quite impressive. The Dynamic Contrast feature really helped bring depth to the nighttime scenes in Life of Pi and the colors on display were excellent as well. Avatar was very impressive too.

GP500 Black

The auto-focus function worked extremely well and produced clear images with many distinct shades. It did struggle with the darker night scenes in Life of Pi, but otherwise it produced a very cinematic feel.

There aren't any race-related graphics available for the GP500 but you can buy Airoh Sectors, Scrape and Cosmos in a plain black finish. You can also purchase it with Rockstar Drive and Check graphics to give it a more race-focused appearance.

These features are useful for installations that aren't ideal as they allow you to display a flat image. However, they can degrade the quality of the image. This is a crucial aspect to be aware of. The GP500 produced extremely clean and distinct colors and was a fantastic grayscale performer OOTB.
