It has a strong 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors, and great obstacles-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller dosed with water to pick dirt and place it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system performed well. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dustbin, dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with the regular schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all the functions. It provides an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent precision. The application allows users to adjust the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upwards when they're in proximity to soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating the carpet.

The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, which allows for 7 weeks of maintenance free operation.

A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does an excellent job of keeping my office spotless and also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your home, so it knows where to stay away from. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.

It has other great notable features, like an automatic emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that is able to reach places that other mops don't. You can also adjust the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.

Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. And, if you want to save time, it will skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy. If you have a wide range of flooring in your house and don't want to invest more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping capabilities it is a great option.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum cleaners reviews that can do both regular maintenance on a daily basis as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It comes with a wide range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings through the app. It is surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has good suction power and can be programmed to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they will not be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and not linked to your account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
