Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your home and set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. You can also adjust the suction power and the amount of water your mop uses.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate around rooms while an obstacle avoidance feature prevents it from running into wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These features are vital for my home, which is full of toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It's able to both mop and sweep in a single session and even lift its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from getting too damp. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pet toys plants, a variety of small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is more than any vacuum we've tested so far. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its location, preventing it getting stuck on a surface.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad that is more than 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting mechanism, that will raise the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding soaking these types of soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock, and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to replenish the water tank or replace the dust bag on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard vac- and mop-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids that I've tested.

This is a very robust and well-rounded product with its only downsides being the fact that it's costly. The number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It comes with an app-enabled smart controller and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the most expensive robotic hoovers vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift long hair without knots. The mops were also excellent, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It also has an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid mop I tried. Additionally, its mops aren't as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the top Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned, and the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a tight budget I suggest a more basic model that allows you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can buy, its high purchase cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combo has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that cleans by itself, making it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots that vacuum and mop. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of clean Ozonated, filtered water from the dock. As it rotates the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and empty into a larger storage container. The onboard tank is able to hold a large amount of water and take on up to a dozen mopping session before running out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. It must be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you do select this option, you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your own cleaning products.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and navigation efficiency tests, as did most robots. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests however this can be improved when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot vacuum that mops's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is great for picking up pet hair and debris on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is fairly dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate the full map and then clear everything that's been mapped by the device, or you can select particular rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just as all Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system performs well by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in a neat way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it's not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as thick carpets but may not be able recognize smaller items such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

This machine has one major flaw: it does not include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each session. The vacuum's mopping capabilities to remove the dust and dirt that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help the robot hoover and mop make its clean better than its competitors with lower prices.
