The Narwal Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is one of the most efficient combinations I've ever tried. Its base station features an impressive water tank and dustbin, and its dual rubber brush is less likely to cause tangles in hair than single bristles.
Its mopping performance is excellent and its AI mapping excels in avoiding obstacles. It can also pause the cleaning process and then resume from where it was when it stopped.
1. Roomba Combo j9+
The Roomba Combo j9+ is one of the most sophisticated 2-in-1
robot hoover and mop vacuum mop cleaner robot and mop cleaners available on the market today. It features a sleek self-emptying Clean Base that can handle up to two full mopping cycles. It is even designed to resemble a tiny table. It's also the only robot mop we've tested with a built-in water reservoir to automatically wash and refill the pads for cleaning after each vacuum and mopping cycle.
The mopping arm is placed on top of the unit until it spots hard floors, then lowers to begin scrubbing. It moves slowly across surfaces to avoid accidentally spreading wet or muddy spills across carpeted areas. And it does a great job of keeping itself away from cords, furniture, and other obstacles.
The iRobot Home App is smarter than other robot vacuums. It lets you modify the settings of your cleaner and also prioritize rooms according to dirtiness, schedule cleaning time, and much more. The app offers detailed maps of your house and seasonal recommendations, as well as customized cleaning routines as well as smart home integrations that are intuitive.
This
robot vacuum and mop uses iRobot's Imprint Smart Mapping technology to identify objects, like counters, sofas, and tables. And it can be controlled by Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri to make cleaning your home hands-free.
The Roomba J9+ unlike other vacuums and mopping robotics, creates the map of your home 7 times faster than the previous models. It also labels each space according to floor type to ensure that it can be aware of the area you want to mop or vacuum. It also features a Turbo Mode which boosts suction for areas that are difficult to reach. 2. Yeedi M12 Pro+
With its top-quality features and user-friendly app control, the Yeedi M12 Pro+ is an impressive competitor in the field of
automatic vacuum and mop robots. Its suction power is powerful and innovative mopping technologies make it the perfect cleaning companion for smart houses. Its affordable price and smart automation make it a great option for households with a tight budget.
Download and launch the Yeedi App and follow the instructions on screen to connect your M12 to your Wi-Fi Network. Once connected, you'll be asked to give your robot an individual name. The M12 only works with 2.4GHz networks.
The M12 has several different cleaning options, such as mopping and vacuuming. Its clever design lets it map a room in less than six minutes and alter its cleaning path accordingly. Its advanced mopping features include dual spinning pads, as well as electronically controlled water, as well as a "True Edge" Adaptive Edge Mopping System that ensures a thorough cleaning of all edges.
Navigation-wise, the M12 uses LiDAR and IR to avoid obstacles. Its sensors are adept at picking up larger objects like HVAC vents, and furniture. They may struggle to find smaller objects like cables or small rags. This may cause the robots to miss certain areas.
The M12 is also able to detect and navigate through stairs with its built-in inclinometer. It also has the ability to automatically return to its OMNI Station to dry and wash the mop brushes, and replenish its water tank. When its batteries run low the OMNI station can also automatically empty the bin of dust and clean itself.
3. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra robot cleaner is the cutting edge of robotic cleaning. It packs a variety of features into a compact package. It has the highest mopping capacity and a camera that can be used for improved obstacle avoidance and a powerful vacuum that has the ability to sense when it's sweeping over carpets. It also has advanced intelligence and voice assistant capabilities.
It's a fantastic vacuum cleaner and mop, and can complete our 1,500-square foot test area in about 101 minutes before running out of battery and returning to its dock. Its mop automatically cleans itself between uses. This feature reduces maintenance costs while keeping its pads clean. A dock sensor detects when a mop pad becomes dirty and initiates a wash cycle.
Like its predecessors and its predecessors, the S8 MaxV Ultra features an intelligent system that can recognize objects of the home, such as shoes and pet waste using the camera and LIDAR combo. It performed well in our obstacle avoidance test with only one glitch (it got stuck when unwinding a ball that was wrapped around its brush arm).
The S8 MaxV Ultra boasts a new 10,000pa worth of suction power, more than twice its predecessor. This makes it a great choice for homes with a lot of carpeting and different types of flooring. The vacuum can be set to automatically increase suction as it passes over dust or crumbs.

This helps the X40 Ultra receive one of the top scores in our evaluations for obstacles to avoid.
5. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is an extremely powerful vacuum and mop combination that was designed to be easy for users. The gunmetal base station automatically fills up its own tank with clean water, then empty the dust bin into a smaller bin and ishes and drys its own mop pads in between cleaning sessions. It also has an advanced feature set that lets it switch between hard and rugs effectively removing pet hair and dirt from carpets, and clean raised room thresholds.
The S1 Pro's navigation and maps are excellent, with the dToF LiDAR system in the internal unit allowing it to maintain a low profile while still delivering top-notch object avoidance. It can drive up to walls and avoid steps without falling. It also automatically raises the mop when driving on short-pile or rugs carpets. However, it did struggle with longer-pile carpets as well as large, thick messes of dried-on debris.

The map will be displayed in the app and you can join or add rooms as you need to. You can also set virtual boundaries and no-go or no-mop zones if there's something you don't want your robot to get into.

The S1 Pro does a great job of cleaning up spills from hard floors due to its rotary mop head, which puts 2.2lbs (1kg) of downward pressure on the floor. Its ability to mop and vacuum is a great choice for homes with different types of flooring however, its reliance on a Eufy brand cleaning solution (which is included in the box) can make it less flexible than some other robots that allow you to make your own cleaning solutions.
