The Evalite Duo, their latest twin buggy, is their most recent offering. It's designed to take two kids side-by-side, unlike the slightly heavier Aire twin buggy from birth, and has elevated seating that allows both children can view the world around them.

The Evalite Duo weighs just under 10kg and is among the most lightweight strollers for kids available. It is suitable from birth and is compatible with Joie car seats or carrycots (with the Instant Sure Lock attachment). It's easy to fold and lift, drive and ride. The clever frame expands to accommodate a second child seat.

Out 'n' about says the Evalite Duo's one-handed folding is an outstanding feature. They were impressed by the speed and ease with which the Evalite Duo comes together. They did note that it was more difficult to navigate bumps and rough surfaces in comparison to other models.

They also note that the front seat can't fully recline and they had to utilize their hands to bring it back down which they would prefer not to have to do when travelling with children. However, they believe that the Evalite Duo is a great pushchair that could be perfect with some tweaks. They love how compact it is when folded.

Its narrow seats are spacious enough for children of different age groups to comfortably sit together, and the seats are independently adjustable, allowing children to choose their preferred position. The large canopies feature flip-out sun visors, and the storage basket is spacious with plenty of space. It works with most brands and accepts two car seat adapters for infants with the purchase of car seats.

The only issue is the weight. At 32.4 pounds, it's heavy to lift in and out of the trunk, and might be difficult for Grandma to handle. It is priced higher than other double buggy for twins side-by-side buggies. However, it has been made to last and has a lot of features for the price. It's a good option for urban parents who want to avoid carrying a heavy stroller around. The padding of the harnesses, the 5-point buckle and padded straps ensure safety for infants.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin is a beautiful, functional buggy with an elegant design. It's a high-quality product however, it's not without flaws.

It offers very few extra amenities, both for children and parents. There's a small bin in the seat that's only usable when the seat is connected and that's the only thing it has. There aren't any cup holders, parent tray or accessory pockets. This could be a problem during long journeys.

The seats also don't recline to a very flat position and the gap between them is a bit wide which is why our 5 year old had trouble lying back comfortably. This is a shame since it's a premium model.

On the bright side, it's a breeze to maneuver and the swivel wheels work well in climbing steep slopes and steps. It's also slim enough to fit into most doors and folds easily for easy storage and transport. Additionally, it can be converted into mono mode with just three clicks should you ever need some more room or need to get away. It can even accommodate a third child using the comfort wheeled board should you need to. If you're looking to save money there are alternatives that are less expensive. It's worth it when you're a big fan of the brand and have the money to spend.
